BIG
NEWS FOR 2008!
There are
a lot of amazing things coming down the pipeline this year.
The King of Kong DVD has two 8 Bit Weapon tracks on it which
will be available this coming Tuesday. Not only that but ComputeHer,
Melbot, Treewave and others are also in the Bonus Section of
the DVD as well.
I've also
got 3 new albums releasing this year. The first of which will
be the Silo 64 soundtrack. After that I will be releasing the
long awaited Confidential 2.0 album!!! The last album will be announced
later this year and is a super secret project that I've been
working on.

BAND MEMBERS!
ComputeHer and Melbot have joined 8 Bit Weapon! ComputeHer is best known for
her ninja like GameBoy skills, but is also known to rock the SID chip, as well
as being a hard hitting Rock drummer! MelBot is known for her robotic GameBoy
rhythms, and is also a keen synthesizer keyboardist!

Bit Weapon Update!
Greetings Programs,
I just wanted to let people know I'm still working hard on new concepts and/or
material for 8 Bit Weapon. I have about 7 or so tunes for a totally new album
demo'd. Some you may have heard on myspace, some at live events, songs like "MicroBoogie"; "FUNDAnalogue";
etc...
There are more on the way!
Over the last 6 months, I have been laboring heavily over music commissioned
by outside influences. Disney, Nokia, IGN.com, and others have hired me to create
music for various projects. I have made over an hour of new material for these
commissioned works. Due to the nature of the beast, you may never hear a note
of music from these projects...which is a real bummer for everyone. That being
said, I will keep you all posted on any release from these projects that becomes
available to the public...
Until now, most of my energy has been focus on material that I cannot release
myself. From this point on, I plan to do 2 things: 1) Finish producing the
1st ComputeHer Album! (and release it!) & 2) focus my attention on the
next 8 Bit Weapon album until it is complete and released as well! Expect to
hear demo's
and previews of NEW tunes here at myspace until their eventual release! Also,
you will be able to hear new tunes b4 anyone else at my LIVE EVENTS!!!
The next event will be July 28th in Simi Valley, CA 93063...See my events listing
for details! I "plan" on debuting a new tune then & there!
Also, ComputeHer's Michelle and myself are launching our own music and videogame
developement company/label called FloppyPop! We are currently developing a game
to be released in 2007 for the Commodore 64...more detailed information to be
announced later...

FUNDAnalogue
data
This song was inspired by the technology behind it! Just about
all drums were done off a Nintendo NES system (hats were drum
machine)! Some other parts like the middle bass were midi nes
too, but the drum samples in XIK's midi nes cart (the website
is found here) R THE BOMB!

VAPORWARE

The last of the 500 Special Edition "Vaporware Soundtracks"
full length album have been sold. I will be releasing the NEW
remastered jewel case standard edition around January 2006! Untill

Stacey
Superstix no longer in 8BW
Kind people, As of today Stacey Superstix is no longer a member
of 8 Bit weapon, respectfully. We grew apart as people do and
chose to go our separate ways.
Her work
will still be found and fully credited on the official standard,
remastered, jewel-case edition of "Vaporware Soundtracks"
coming this winter...
As for the
future of 8 Bit weapon, I will continue as a solo act as I did
before my term with Stacey. The music will continue to move forward
as always. I will be posting a new tune shortly named "Micro-Boogie".
This one is sure to break the ice on the dance floor or any office
space...
The 8 Bit
Weapon is armed, and ready!
